2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid Car Raffle Contest Rules

Drawing on Saturday, December 20th, 2025 at 3:30 P.M.

By participating, you agree that: 

​

1. These Official Contest Rules may not be waived, modified, or supplemented except by This Time Tomorrow Foundation/Hall Imports LLC.  NO modification of these official contest rules shall be enforceable unless made by This Time Tomorrow Foundation/Hall Imports LLC. 
    

2.  The raffle drawing shall be held at the Hall Imports LLC in Brookfield, Wisconsin. All tickets must be received by the drawing date and time (December 20, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. CDT) to be eligible for the drawing. You need not be present to win. 
    

3.  Each ticket will be entered separately in the drawing.  Each ticket is a separate and equal chance to win the 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid.  A maximum of 1,000 numbered tickets are eligible to be sold.  
    

4.  Winner has 30 days after the drawing to take delivery of the 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid at Hall Imports LLC in Brookfield, Wisconsin, or forfeits all claims thereto.  Winner is responsible for transportation of the car to their location. By law, the winner must pay all federal and state taxes to Hall Imports LLC prior to taking possession of the Mazda CX-50 Hybrid.
    

5. Due to postal regulations, raffle tickets cannot be mailed to you.  We will be happy to email you a receipt (facsimile) for your purchase.  When an order is placed, we will complete the ticket by filling in the name, address, email address and phone number, and we will drop the ticket in the barrel at This Time Tomorrow Foundation/Hall Imports LLC.  A ticket receipt or ticket stub is not necessary to a claim prize in this drawing.  All ticket stubs will be kept on file at This Time Tomorrow Foundation.  
    

6. After the drawing, This Time Tomorrow Foundation will contact the winner based on the name and information on the ticket.  Winner notification will be made by telephone or mail.  The winner must present two forms of identification, one of which must be a photo ID to prove that this person is the person on the winning ticket.  After ID verification, the winner may take possession of the vehicle.
    

7. Successive alternate backup winners will be drawn and held by This Time Tomorrow Foundation/Hall Imports LLC.  The alternate winners will not be announced unless the first place winner is ineligible or does not claim the 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid within 30 days of the drawing.  Should this occur, the alternate winner would be awarded third place prize and second and third place winners would advance up one prize level. 
    

8. Participants must be at least 18 years old.  Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility at the discretion of This Time Tomorrow Foundation/Hall Imports LLC. 
    

9. All winners may be subject to, and are solely responsible for, federal and state income tax depending on the value of the prize.  Winner of the 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid is solely responsible for all taxes, registration, title, transfer fees, license duties, insurance and all expenses in claiming, registering and using the 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid.  This may include sales taxes and property taxes.  This Time Tomorrow Foundation/Hall Imports LLC has no liability with regard to taxes and fees for the vehicle or cash prizes.
    

10.  Vehicle will not be modified by This Time Tomorrow Foundation/Hall Imports LLC to meet specific local, state or country requirements.  Winner agrees to accept the vehicle as built for U.S. licensing and registration requirements.  Winner will be responsible for any modifications required for import to a country outside of the U.S. 
     

11. By law, the winner agrees to pay applicable federal and state income tax on the fair market value of the prize.  Tax percentages are subject to change as laws are updated.  Winner agrees to provide their social security number and other personal information to HALL Imports LLC for tax purposes.  HALL Imports LLC will file a form W-2G with the IRS to report the value of the prize won by the winner.  HALL Imports LLC will provide a copy of the form W-2G to the winner.  
     

12.  All nonresident aliens are required by IRS regulations to pay 30% U.S. income tax on the value of the prize unless the winner is a resident of a country exempted by treaty.  Winner agrees to provide necessary personal information to HALL Imports LLC for tax purposes.  HALL Imports LLC will file a Form 1042 and 1042-S with the IRS to report the value of the prize won by the winner.  HALL Imports LLC will provide a copy of the Form 1042 and 1042-S to the winner. 
     

13.  In the event the 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid is lost, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise not available, This Time Tomorrow Foundation/Hall Imports LLC have the right to substitute another vehicle of similar value for the raffle, or the cash prize.  Should this occur, ticket refunds will not be issued. 
     

14.  Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, photograph or videotape likeness and statements for publicity purposes by This Time Tomorrow Foundation/Hall Imports LLC, and agrees to sign a publicity release without further compensation. 
     

15. Raffle tickets are not tax deductible and the purchase price of the raffle ticket is not a donation.
     

16.  This Time Tomorrow Foundation reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time, in which event its liability is limited to refund of ticket prices actually paid to participants.  Any person who engages in conduct designed to corrupt the outcome of a charitable gaming activity with the purpose to defraud, or knowing that he/she is facilitating a fraud, is guilty of a Class D felony. 
     

17. THIS CONTEST IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, AND IS  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED, OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED. 
     

18. All proceeds benefit This Time Tomorrow Foundation in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Wisconsin Gaming Raffle License #R0034191-A-31799.
